In a decidedly unexpected (and certainly "blunt") message to Minaj, "You're Beautiful" singer James Blunt couldn't help but call out one of her most recent posts.
"You’re a little slow to the party," he quipped, referencing "You're Beautiful," his massively popular 2004 hit that has 900 million views on YouTube (and counting).
"Thank you for always being so blunt," one fan joked.
"BLUNT TRUTH," a third user replied in all-caps.
"Barbz Chill ? he was playful because he got a song called you are beautiful," one person wrote. "I know some of ya'll are very young."
James Blunt Is No Stranger to Trolling — Even When He's His Own Target
In October 2024, he actually volunteered to change his name to whatever fans wanted if his album Back to Bedlam 20th AnniversaryEdition hit the No. 1 spot on the UK Charts. When that honor went to Charli XCX's massively huge Brat, Blunt posted a video of himself cheering that he lost. We're talking jumping-on-the-couch Tom Cruise style.
