When a paparazzo asked him what he wanted to say to fans concerned about his health, Dane responded, “Keep the faith, man."

In a recent video posted on TikTok, Dane spoke with California Congressman Eric Swalwell about ALS in Washington, D.C.

“ALS is the last thing they want to diagnose anybody with,” the Burlesque actor told the politician. “It so often takes all this time for these people to be diagnosed. Well, then it precludes them from being part of these clinical trials. That’s why Act for ALS is so great because it broadens the access for everybody.”
The actor and his wife, Rebecca Gayheart, share two daughters, Billie, 15, and Georgia, 13.
“I am grateful to have my loving family by my side as we navigate this next chapter," he told People. “I feel fortunate that I am able to continue working and am looking forward to returning to set of Euphoria next week. I kindly ask that you give my family and I privacy during this time.”
