PATASKALA, Ohio (WCMH) -- A popular Licking County apple orchard has yet again been hit by thieves hiding the fruit inside their cars; in one case, more than $400 in apples were recovered.
In a social media post on Sunday, Lynd Fruit Farm posted three different photos showing loose apples being hidden in different parts of a car.
In one photo, Lynd said employees found about $200 worth of apples in a spare tire compartment. Another photo shows at least five bags full of apples, which Lynd said were found under seats, blankets, a person, and inside a glove compartment.

In those four incidents, employees discovered apples valued at $80, $80, $160, and in the latest incident, $400, which Lynd said happened Sunday.
