SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A large reward was announced on Friday to help catch a killer who fatally shot a San Francisco man in his wheelchair.
Keith Albert, 32, was found suffering from a gunshot wound at 5 a.m. on August 5, 2024 in the area of Shotwell Street and 20th Street, according to police. Albert was declared deceased at the crime scene.
