(KRON) -- A quadruple shooting in Antioch on Thursday night left two people dead and two others injured, including a 15-year-old boy, according to police.
The Antioch Police Department responded at 10:21 p.m. to the area of D and West 19th streets on multiple reports of shots fired. Arriving officers found four victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
Two men, ages 34 and 42, were pronounced deceased at the scene. A 15-year-old boy, who authorities said was shot in the head, and a 36-year-old man were rushed to an area hospital.
(Art Ray)The 15-year-old was alert at the scene and talking to medics, according to Contra Costa Fire Protection District Battalion Chief Craig Auzenne, before he was hospitalized. He was last listed in critical condition.
The 36-year-old victim was listed in stable condition.
