Radu Dragusin is still recovering from an ACL injury, while James Maddison is in the early stages of recovering from that same issue.
Dejan Kulusevski also has a serious knee problem.
Dominic Solanke is also likely to miss out for Spurs with a foot injury.
Meanwhile, the Spanish side have a few problems of their own.
Defender Willy Kambwala is out until December with a hamstring injury.
Gerard Moreno also has a hamstring issue and is doubtful, meaning former Arsenal man Nicolas Pepe could lead the line.
