What Progress Has She Made So Far?
Bunnie XO shared that once she was able to change her mindset, through each training session, she was able to gain 10 lbs of lean muscle, lose 12.6 lbs of fat, and her body fat has dropped from 35.4% to 2%.
“Every InBody scan proved I was moving closer to my goals. I do them once a month,” she shared. “Coming from a girl who fought eating disorders her entire life, I can proudly say I am mastering my macros [with] the help of my guy@recompclinic. I nailed refeed days, and even treated my period weeks as metabolic maintenance resets.”
“This wasn’t about getting “smaller.” It was about getting stronger, sharper, leaner, and mentally bulletproof. The scale went down. The body fat went down. The lean mass went up,” Bunnie XO noted. “But the biggest transformation was the woman inside who proved to herself that no matter what life throws at her, she’s unshakable. ???.”
