GREECE, N.Y. — A 40-year-old man from Webster has been arrested in connection to what Greece Police call a “significant drug seizure.”
Police say on Aug. 24, they recovered about 50 pounds of marijuana and about 5 pounds of hallucinogenic mushrooms packaged for sale inside a home on Laurelwood Drive in Greece.
On Aug. 25, police took Vincent Turano into custody and charged him with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree and criminal possession of marijuana in the first degree.
Turano was brought to the Monroe County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court. Police say this is still an ongoing investigation.
