The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:
ILLEGAL WEAPON: Carols Banderas Campos, 53, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 26 on suspicion of possession/sale/manufacture of metal knuckles. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
DUI: Iman R. Dalbokamar, 24, of Potter Valley, was booked at county jail Aug. 26 on suspicion of driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs. She was arrested by the CHP.
THEFT: Arthur L. Judice Jr., 69, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 26 on suspicion of petty theft with priors. He was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
WITNESS TAMPERING: Nathaniel A. Kugler, 22, of Fairfield, was booked at county jail Aug. 26 on suspicion of trying to dissuade a witness, resisting and being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.
ATTEMPTED CAR THEFT: John M. Palacios, 56, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 26 on suspicion of attempted car theft and violating his probation. He was arrested by the FBPD.
DUI: Jeffrey A. Emery, 24, of Philo, was booked at county jail Aug. 27 on suspicion of driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.
ARSON: Robert W. Bell, 42, of Laytonville, was booked at county jail Aug. 28 on suspicion of arson during a state of emergency and of recklessly causing a fire. He was arrested by the UPD.
DRUG SALES: Fabian Rosales Reyes, 36, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 28 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale with priors and violating his parole. He was arrested by the UPD.
DRUG POSSESSION: Krystal J.R. Williams, 33, of Willits, was booked at county jail Aug. 28 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors and of violating her probation. She was arrested by the UPD.
THREATS: David G. Wolf, 68, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Aug. 28 on suspicion of making threats with intent to terrorize. He was arrested by the MCSO.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
