SAN RAFAEL, Calif. (KRON) — The Marin County Sheriff's Office has identified two victims found dead in the charred remains of a San Rafael apartment complex, which caught fire on Aug. 21.
The victims are 62-year-old Tracey Lee Lowmiller and 68-year-old Pamela Lynn Scoggins, both of San Rafael. A cause of death has not been determined for the women at this time.
“Forensic post-mortem examinations were completed for both people earlier this week,” the Marin County Sheriff’s Office said. “The cause and manner of death will be pending the conclusion of the investigation.”
