Greeley launches survey about Spin scooters, bikes ...Saudi Arabia

Sport by : (GreeleyTribune) -

The city of Greeley has launched a new survey for residents to hear feedback about its shared micromobility program as the pilot program reaches its conclusion in December.

The Spin pilot program was created in October 2024 with the assistance of the University of Northern Colorado and Spin, based on recommendations from the city of Greeley’s 2045 Transportation Plan. The program launched with 80 shared e-scooters and e-bikes and reached its 250-vehicle cap by May 2025 in response to growing demand.

“We’ve seen incredible adoption of this program, and now we’re at a turning point,” Greeley Transportation Planner Hanna Feldmann said in a news release. “As we plan for what comes next, we need input from across the community.”

The program was created to provide alternative transportation options for residents, primarily serving areas around UNC and downtown Greeley.

The survey ends on Sept. 30. The survey is open to those who have used a Spin e-scooter or e-bike as well as those who have simply interacted with them as pedestrians or drivers.

City staff will use the survey feedback to determine the program’s future when staff presents results to the city council in the fall. The program is currently set to end in December.

Residents who wish to learn more about the program or take the survey can go to speakupgreeley.com/micromobility-pilot.
