IF THERE’S one thing Dunkin’ fans love, it’s the return of the fall menu.
Each year the chain delights foodies with a range of delicious grub and drinks for a limited time only.

This comes after one Dunkin’ fan discovered this missing donut and took to Facebook to share the sad news.
Writing in the popular Facebook group Dunkin’ World, the foodie said: “Went to get my coconut donut on the app this morning and its gone!”
According to the food fan, they asked the manager why the fall menu staple wasn’t available and was told it’s now a “speciality.”
“I asked the manager what happened to them and he said its now a specialty donut and going forward its up to individual stores if they want to order them or not,” they said.
The donut at the center of the drama is the Toasted Coconut Donut, which has the classic Dunkin’ donut covered in shredded coconut.
After sharing the shocking news with fellow Dunkin’ fans, they were just as disappointed.
One commented on the post: “This will make me very sad if it happens near me.”
“I hope this isn’t true,” a second chimed in.
But someone else, who claimed to be the manager of one location, had some insider info on the situation.
They explained: “Let me just say, I too am devastated about this. I’m a General Manager and our area director won’t let us order it as it’s a flavor he himself doesn’t like.
“So naturally, I ordered it anyway. I will say where we order them, we’ve had like 20% of the time, it actually came.
“Maybe something else is happening. For me though, if the customers want it, or any other flavor, I set up sort of like a catering thing and add it accordingly. Everyone’s happy.”
Meanwhile, other Dunkin’ fans pointed out that other menu staples were missing too.
One said: “Same with the chocolate creme. I couldn’t order it on the app today.
“I asked when I picked up my order, and apparently they had some in store still… but somehow can’t get it on the app?
“I don’t know. I didn’t think to look for the coconut, but that’s one of my other favorites.”
A second also noticed other donuts were no longer available and said: “They are gone along with many others.”
Although there has been no word from Dunkin’ about the menu, someone who claimed to be a baker for the chain did share some more insight.
“I’m a baker and we were told it’s gone. I’m not allow to make it anymore. They got rid of so many,” they commented on the viral Facebook post.
