Wade lost 11-2 to Littler in March’s UK Open final, and it looked like he would gain revenge over the teenager at first in Sunday’s final.
The 42-year-old raced into a 5-0 lead, with this the second match in a row Littler had fallen behind by the same scoreline, also doing so against Josh Rock in the semi-finals.

Littler has had fewer opportunities to win tournaments this year, having opted out of playing the majority of Players Championship events, and several European Tour dates.
