WWE rolled back the years with one heck of a treat for fans watching NXT on Tuesday night.
Iconic WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker was back on screens and – an even greater rarity in recent years – back in the ring.

As the cameras rolled at NXT – aired on Netflix outside the US – Taker’s slow walk to the ring had the crowd on its feet. But it was his verbal undressing of the TNA World Champion that really hit home.
“Well, what do we have here?” the 60-year-old said, staring down Williams. “Let me tell you what we have here. We have a dead man walking.”
He wasn’t talking about himself.
“Look at you,” he continued. “You’ve got that nice title, you’ve got the bling, you’ve got it all, man – except one thing: respect.”
What followed was a promo that cut deeper than a tombstone, as the veteran blasted: “You just ain’t the same guy with that TNA title as you were with that NXT Championship. That guy, I watched scratch and claw his way to the top. That guy was hungry, that guy had that dog in him. That ain’t you.
“Let me tell you something, young fella. You can have the whole package, you can have all the talent, all the tools in the toolbox — but with your attitude, it ain’t a matter of you losing that title, it’s only a matter of when.”
Things escalated fast. Williams fired back, boasting about his dominance across WWE and daring anyone to step up.
But when he swung for the legend, Undertaker caught him, hoisted him skyward, and drilled him with the kind of chokeslam that echoed through the arena like it was 1998 again.

John Bradshaw Layfield insists the Phenom is in frighteningly good shape and still putting in the work.
“He probably could still move — as well as he’s done for 20 years,” JBL said. “I was shocked how good a shape he’s in. He looks terrific.”
The Texan even pitched a dream opponent.
