When England walked out to bat, 2 overs of cricket were possible within the stipulated time. However, the England openers, Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett, did not want that to happen, given that India's new ball bowlers have done well against England in recent series.
However, things went far too far when Crawley called in the physio when just 2 balls were left for the over to finish. Jasprit Bumrah hit Crawley on his glove, and Crawley signalled for the physiological straightaway.
