Back in May, Beador was allegedly pulled over by police for "operating a handheld wireless telephone or electronic wireless communication device" while driving, according to court records obtained by Us Weekly.

Beador, who was injured in the crash, was cited and released from jail the next morning after posting $2,500 bail.

She was later sentenced to three years of probation and 40 hours of community service. Beador was additionally mandated to complete a nine-month alcohol program and pay for the damage she did to the home where she crashed.

As of now, it's not clear if Beador's recent encounter with police will be discussed on any upcoming episodes of the reality show.
