ALBION, N.Y. — Two people are facing charges after the Albion Police Department says they were sneaking aboard the Pittsford Tugboat.
Police say they got various reports that people were staying on the boat in late June. After some midnight boat checks and tips from the community, police identified Anthony Gross and Alisha Evans.
Evans and Gross admitted to entering and staying aboard for about a week, according to police. The two also say the boat was unlocked, and they didn’t do any damage. They are both charged with burglary, larceny, and criminal trespassing.
