ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 60-year-old man is recovering after a shooting on Thursday morning.
Rochester Police are still trying to determine where the shooting took place, but are hearing reports that it happened on Pioneer Street near Genesee Park Boulevard in the 19th Ward neighborhood.
The victim walked into Strong Memorial Hospital just before 8 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the upper body. He is expected to survive.
Police have no suspects in custody and they’re asking anyone with information to call 911.
