At the time, the band consisted of Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker — a trio that helped shape the pop-punk sound of the late '90s and early 2000s.

Now, 20 years later, fans are curious about what Lindemulder, 56, has been up to — and she looks nearly unrecognizable since her cover days.

Lindemulder remains active on X, where she shares updates to her 89,000 followers and promotes her 18+ OnlyFans profile.

In 2002, the year she was inducted into the Adult Video News Hall of Fame, she married Jesse James, founder of West Coast Choppers. They had a daughter, Sunny, before ultimately divorcing two years later.

In a 2009 interview with ABC News, Lindemulder addressed the situation, saying, “Sandy doesn’t know what goes on in my house. I’d love for her to. Please come over, you know, I’ll make dinner. Let’s sit down, two women.”

Despite some ups and downs in her personal life, the model's role appearance on the album cover played a memorable role in the Enema of the State’s success. Originally titled Turn Around and Cough, the record went on to sell more than 15 million copies worldwide.

The album featured massive hits like “What’s My Age Again?”, “All the Small Things” and “Adam’s Song” — securing its place in pop-punk history.
