RUSH, N.Y. – Due to flooding damages from Wednesday nights heavy rainfall, the Rochester & Genesee Valley Railroad Museum will be closed through the end of July.

The museum says the rainfall washed out significant parts that support the railroad tracks, making it unsafe for any train rides. Crews will assess the full extent of the damage and figure out what repairs need to be done while the museum is closed.
