Additionally, he criticized the International Atomic EnergyAgency for its silence on attacks targeting protected sites, warning that thebreakdown of arms control mechanisms would place responsibility on both Israeland the Security Council.
He highlighted Iran’s missile development program asexceeding defensive needs, with some missiles reportedly capable of ranges over4,000 kilometers, emphasizing that Israel’s operations consisted of targetedstrikes against Iranian military infrastructure conducted with efforts tominimize civilian casualties.
