ELBA, N.Y. – A person has died after police say a manure tanker rolled over on Watson Road in Elba Wednesday afternoon.

Police say the driver was making a left turn when the truck rolled over, the driver being crushed in the cab. The truck leaked diesel fuel and manure into atleast one person’s lawn.
