With Thomas Frank set to leave to takeover at Tottenham, Brentford are left with looking for a replacement ahead of an important summer.

Frank worked wonders with Brentford since joining back in 2018 for his first role in English football and only his second role as manager in club football.
Now with a team firmly based around Frank’s playstyle, the favourite to proceed the Denmark manager is Brentford’s Head of Coaching, Justin Cochrane.
Cochrane joined Brentford’s coaching setup in June 2022 and clearly has a strong understanding of the team which would help not disrupt the flow of what is a club with potential of challenging for Europe.
They do however, face the reality of also losing their star striker for the second successive season with Bryan Mbeumo set for a move to Man Utd or another Premier League rival at least.
There’s one more name firmly in contention at this early stage of looking for a new manager and that is Kieran McKenna, Ipswich Town manager.
McKenna could stay in the English top-flight with this move rather than going down with Ipswich after a tough time contending with relegation.
Brentford will be boosted by receiving a decent fee for Mbeumo which does give potential for a busy summer transfer window in finding a new striker.
