In the fashion company's recent Q1 investors report, CEO Lisa Harper explained that some 70 percent of the trendy clothing retailer's demand comes from online sales and throughout the second half of 2025, Torrid has a plan to rework its approach to better meet customers where they are.

"I’m proud of the strong progress we made this quarter across our strategic initiatives," Harper continued, noting, "the strategic and targeted acquisition and retention efforts," along with the support of its ever-popular loyalty program, will position Torrid for "efficient and accelerated top and bottom-line growth."
