How did PBKS perform in the previous IPL match against RCB?
In their IPL previous clash, Punjab Kings showcased a strong all-round performance to beat Royal Challengers Bengaluru by five wickets in a 14-overs-a-side clash at the Chinnaswamy Stadium on April 18, 2025.
At one point, RCB were 42 for 7, looking in danger of being bowled out under 50. But Tim David’s explosive unbeaten 50 ensured RCB got to 95/9 in their 14 overs.
Chasing 96, PBKS lost wickets in clusters and found themselves at 53 for 4 as Josh Hazlewood and Bhuvneshwar Kumar troubled them a lot. But Nehal Wadhera stood strong at the one end and slammed a crucial 33* off 19 deliveries to take Punjab home with 11 balls to spare.
