(KRON) — An overturned tractor-trailer has shut down two westbound lanes of I-580 near Dublin, causing hours-long traffic delays, the California Highway Patrol says.
The crash occurred east of Eden Canyon Road at approximately 1:50 p.m. The California Highway Patrol estimates that the lanes will reopen at 5:10 p.m.
