Texas sophomore Rex Maurer won his 2nd NCAA title in 2 days, touching first in the 400 IM. Maurer revealed that he has been practicing letting himself feel whatever it is that he feels after each of his swims as opposed to earlier in his career when he would just move onto the next race without reflection. This has helped Maurer not only process his swims but also express his emotions in a healthy way.
