CANADIAN prime minister Justin Trudeau appeared to take a swipe at Donald Trump following the US hockey team’s loss – but the dig backfired.
Trudeau was in bullish mood as he reveled in the team’s success at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.

Trump wants to make Canada America’s 51st state and has threatened tariffs.
And, he’s frequently referred to Canadian prime minister Trudeau as “governor.”
Last night, Trudeau shared footage of him celebrating and he said: “You can’t take our country – and you can’t take our game.”
But, he was criticized by some. One said: “You don’t get a say, you ruined us.”
“Don’t most of the country hate this guy?” another chimed.
