Erickson-Hall Construction Co., in collaboration with Sweetwater Union High School District, is proud to break ground on a major renovation at Mar Vista Academy on Feb. 11.
This transformative project will introduce two cutting-edge academic buildings and significant campus upgrades, creating an enriched learning environment for students and staff.
The event will bring together Erickson-Hall leaders, District officials, school staff, and community members to celebrate the milestone.

Aguirre, Ed.D., Superintendent of Sweetwater Union High School District. “By investing in modern, student-centered spaces, we are empowering the next generation to excel and achieve their full potential.”
The project, in all, will deliver 13,522 square feet of new facilities. Key elements of the renovation include:
A New Administration and Student Support Building: Centralizing essential services, including counseling, special education, and administrative offices, to streamline operations and student accessibility. A Multi-Purpose Center: Providing flexible space for a variety of student activities, events, and programs. Campus Redesigns: A reimagined student quad and new campus entrance to improve aesthetics, security, and functionality.
