GREENE TOWNSHIP — Mary Evelyn McNeely, 84, died Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025.
She was born Nov. 7, 1940, in Bristolville, the daughter of Wilma Evelyn Frye and Bernie Perry Brewster.
She was a bookkeeper for A.J. Clothing, Cortland.
She attended the Greene Church of the Nazarene
Survivors include her children, Sharee E. McNeely of Aurora, Colorado, Richard R. McNeely of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Rodney R. McNeely of Gustavus and Robert R. McNeely of Jonesboro, Georgia; brother, Charles E. Brewster of Munfordville, Kentucky; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by husband, Rufus McNeely; companion, Jack Dean Carter; an infant son, Rufus R. McNeely Jr.; and one brother.
Private services were held. Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery, Greene.
Arrangements by Baumgardner Funeral and Cremation Service of Kinsman.
