Riyan Parag will be leading Assam in the game against hosts Saurashtra in Rajkot. The match is all set to take place on January 30th. The all-rounder will be making his return to cricket after October, having last played the game against Bangladesh in what was a T20I fixture.

He played a decent role for the team with bat and ball, allowing the team to have a proper balance. He also made his debut in ODIs against Sri Lanka.
