The visiting team was bowled out for 244 runs in their second innings. Sajid Khan and Noman Ali were the best performers for Pakistan with the ball, each taking four wickets.

Sajid played a key role in Pakistan's success against England last year and has continued his strong performances in the series against the West Indies. He delivered dominant performances in the first Test at Multan, where he picked nine wickets. The spinner took two wickets in the first innings of the second Test.

Sajid Khan dismissed Jomel Warrican (18), ending the West Indies' innings at 244/10. Skipper Kraigg Brathwaite was the top scorer for the West Indies, scoring 52 runs off 74 balls with four boundaries and two sixes. Amir Jangoo (30), Tevin Imlach (35), and Kevin Sinclair (28) also made important contributions.
