The India National Cricket Team have been in the headlines for the last few weeks. This comes after there were reports of indiscipline during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. Head coach Gautam Gambhir reported about the same to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
Apart from this, the policy also saw BCCI applying restrictions on the time the players would spend with their families while on tour. The families of the players will be allowed only for the two weeks now on the 45-day long tour.

The BCCI also stated that all the players will now have to travel with the team. Earlier some of the senior cricketers have also travelled to and fro from stadiums in personal vehicles, which BCCI's operation team would arrange with the help of state units.
