South Korean police seek to arrest President again as they clash with supporters ...Middle East

The pre-dawn standoff comes as authorities try to arrest him over insurrection accusations relating to his martial law declaration in December. 

This is the second time such a stand-off has taken place following a foiled attempt earlier this month by investigators.

Officers were trying to access his hillside villa from various entrances on Tuesday, with his security staff having created a fortification inside the gates by parking buses and large vehicles outside the building.
