THE suspected killer of two women who were drugged and left for dead outside separate Los Angeles hospitals will be hit with damning bombshell evidence in next month’s trial.
Criminal analyst Kelly Hyman has forensically examined the court documents and spoken to people involved in the sickening deaths of model Christy Giles and her friend, interior designer Hilda Cabrales-Arzola.

Film producer David Pearce, accused in connection with the November 2021 deaths, is set to stand trial beginning January 6 in Los Angeles.
Pearce, 40, was charged in July 2022 with two counts of murder and additional charges related to controlled substances.
Although he has pleaded not guilty, he remains in custody.
Hyman, whose excellent Once Upon A Crime in Hollywood podcast pulls the case apart, exclusively told The U.S Sun earlier this week that she expects at least “seven Jane Does” to come forward and retell their own horrific stories of sexual abuse at the hands of the alleged perpetrator.
She claims that if found guilty, Pearce could be sentenced to over 130 years behind bars and now says the evidence set to be unleashed in two weeks will crush any doubt about his apparent dark history.
Moreover, Hyman says, DNA tests will show there were traces of Pearce on Giles’ body and that further exams linked the Hollywood producer to another victim in a previously alleged sexual assault in 2020.
TRAGIC NIGHT OUT
“There’s a mountain of evidence against him,” Hyman told The U.S. Sun.
“There’s DNA linking Pearce to one of the victims. This will likely come up at trial, along with expert testimony about the drugs found in their systems.”
The bodies of 24-year-old Giles and her friend, 26-year-old Cabrales-Arzola, were tragically abandoned outside two different Los Angeles hospitals.
Giles was pronounced dead at the scene, while Cabrales-Arzola was admitted to the ICU but later died.
Pearce was arrested a month after the incident.
Actor Brandt Osborn, known for roles in NCIS and Nurse Jackie, was charged with two counts of accessory after the fact.
The tragic night began with Giles and Cabrales-Arzola attending an art exhibit at Soho House in West Hollywood, followed by plans to go clubbing and attend an afterparty in the Hollywood Hills.
However, their evening took a devastating turn due to a toxic mix of lethal Class A drugs.
Giles was found unresponsive outside a hospital in Culver City, while Cabrales-Arzola was discovered outside a West Los Angeles medical facility two hours later.
After spending time on life support, Cabrales-Arzola’s family made the heartbreaking decision to withdraw care just days before her 27th birthday.
Authorities reported that both women had ingested a dangerous combination of heroin, MDMA, cocaine, fentanyl, ketamine, and GHB. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed their deaths were caused by “multiple drug intoxication.”
Surveillance footage from the first hospital revealed two masked men in a car without license plates leaving Giles at the facility.
In July 2022, Hollywood producer Pearce faced upgraded charges of murder from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
Osborn, now 43, was charged as an accessory but has consistently denied involvement in the women’s deaths.

Hyman claims Pearce will not only be tried for the double murder but for what transpired with the brave women who are set to come forward.
“Their bravery and courage are extraordinary,” Hyman, who specializes in working with women affected by sexual abuse and assault, said.
Giles’s grieving husband, Jan Cilliers expressed relief over the charges.
In a 2022 interview with The U.S. Sun, he stated, “The longer we can keep these men off the streets, the better. They should not have the chance to harm anyone else. While I can’t speak to their intentions, the outcome speaks for itself.”
Luis Cabrales Rivera, meanwhile, the father of Cabrales-Arzola, exclusively told The U.S. Sun in April 2022, just five months after his beloved daughter’s death, that he wanted the perpetrators punished for their heinous crimes.
“What they did is indescribable; they hurt so many people who loved Christy and our daughter,” he said in an emotional interview.
The grieving families are set to be in attendance at LA’s Superior Court in what promises to be an emotional, heartbreaking affair.
Hyman says the toll has been immense for Cabrales-Arzola’s family, particularly those in Mexico.
“One of the families even started a GoFundMe to cover trial-related expenses,” she revealed.
“Vulnerability shouldn’t be a factor, but sadly, it often is. It’s noteworthy that neither Hilda nor Christy knew Pearce before that night. They went to his place, and the situation spiraled from there,” Hyman concluded.
“It provides a pattern of behavior. I hope the trial provides some closure for those affected.”
