Qamishli, SANA- Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) in Hasaka province opened, with support from United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), a center for the legal support in Qamishli city with the aim of offering the legal services and needed consultations for the civilians for free. In a statement to SANA, the Humanitarian Support Project’s Director at SARC, Hala al-Haiba, said that the mission of the center is to offer legal consultations to locals and families coming from other provinces of Qamishli, Malkia and Jawadia.
