CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A third teen has been arrested in connection to an October homicide in south Charlotte, according to an affidavit. Just before midnight on Friday, Oct. 25, 18-year-old Zackary Evan Rieken was shot and killed in a car outside of the 12800 block of James Blakeney Ave. Two other suspects, a 17-year-old boy and 18-year-old Smajie' A'nee Johnson, were previously charged in connection to the crime.
