CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A man has been arrested after fatally hitting a pedestrian in Uptown early Sunday morning, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. Around 2:10 a.m. on Sunday, officers responded to the 300 block of West Morehead Street about a pedestrian being hit by a vehicle. When they arrived, they found Ryan Zadrozny unresponsive in the roadway. He was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
