Bhubaneswar: The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Tuesday announced by-election dates for six Rajya Sabha seats, including one from Odisha. As per ECI notification, nominations for the by-polls will be submitted until December 10. Scrutiny of nominations will take place on December 11 while the last date for withdrawal of candidatures will be held on December 13. Polling will be held on December 20, from 9 AM to 4 PM and counting of votes will commence on December 20 at 5 PM.
