CONCORD, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — It's the most wonderful time of the year. Concord neighbors lined up on Union Street for the city's annual Christmas parade to usher in the holiday season. It's the most people the downtown area has seen in a while with road construction still underway. Les and Christie Keziah say its a great improvement from last year.
