Columbia, CA – The CHP has released details of a head-on crash in Columbia that injured three people last week. The collision happened around 4:30 p.m. last Wednesday (11/6) on Parrotts Ferry Road, north of Porcina Way, where both vehicles went off the roadway down an embankment. The CHP reports that 44-year-old Stacy Askren of Avery was driving a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck southbound with two passengers, 21-year-old passenger Leslie Quashnick of Avery and a 16-year-old from Angels Camp.
