COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- Whether it rains or shines on Halloween night, kids are always out in full force for trick-or-treat. Thursday was a successful Halloween in central Ohio even with the on-and-off rain because local trick-or-treaters didn’t let a bit of rain stop them from getting into costume and collecting candy. Parent Addie Holsinger said for her kids, the rain is the fun part. “The kids love it. It’s better than the snow and we have ponchos and umbrellas, so it’ll be fun,” said Holsinger.
