YOUNGSTOWN — Rosalind Mary “Roz” DeGennaro, 86, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024. Roz was born on Dec. 30, 1937, in Youngstown, the daughter of the late Comiel and Mary Troll Turello. Rosalind graduated from Liberty High School in 1956. She was an accomplished singer, and she was encouraged to consider this as a career by her high school guidance counselor. During her high school years, she attended the Dana School of Music at YSU for two years. She won amateur hour four times on the nationally televised Ted Mack TV show. She was also a member of the Kenley Players in Warren during the summers where she was asked to tour with them. She
