COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) - An alleged killer is still on the run three months after 25-year-old Jacob Coons was gunned down over a game of pool at a Franklinton bar. Coons was shot multiple times at Charley's Place on July 28. Misty Hall, Jacob Coons' mother, has been searching and pleading for information about the alleged killer every day since. Days after the shooting, Columbus Police issued a warrant for 32-year-old Duron Thomas, the man they believe shot Coons. Hall said she knows Thomas is still hiding out nearby in Columbus.
