(QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- An investigation is taking place along the Catawba River in South Carolina after a train conductor told authorities that a woman and two children were seen on the trestle Sunday afternoon. According to a video posted by the York County Sheriff’s Office, around 2:20 p.m. Oct. 27 a Norfolk Southern train was traveling on the tracks alongside SC.
