The buying interests of Gulf individuals and Arab institutions also helped boost sentiments in the market, whose year-to-date gains were at 1.08%. Trade turnover and volumes were on the decline in the bourse, where the realty, banking and industrials sectors together accounted for about 73% of the total trading volume.
