Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal will start its membership drive from tomorrow on the occasion of birth anniversary of Utkalmani Gopabandhu Das. BJD President Naveen Patnaik will launch the programme at Sankha Bhawan. The drive will be held both online and offline. The membership of the existing members will be renewed and new members will be added. The drive will be conducted across the state over two months. BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik will be the first member to renew his membership. He has urged for active participation of the leaders in the membership drive to further strengthen the base of the party.
