(KRON) -- A student was stabbed at a Santa Rosa high school on Friday afternoon. Elsie Allen High School is on lockdown until further notice and one student was taken into custody, Public Information Officer Patricia Stevens with the Santa Rosa Police Department confirmed with KRON4. Police received calls of the stabbing at 12:28 p.m. Arriving officers located a boy suffering from a stab wound, and he was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. SRPD told KRON4 one other boy was taken into custody in relation to the stabbing. As of 1:50 p.m., police said the school will be on lockdown as they continue investigation.
