DENVER (KDVR) — A man was found dead after he reportedly went camping and hiking near Lake Isabelle in Boulder County. The Boulder County Sheriff's Office said they received a call on Monday at about 11:30 a.m. about an overdue hiker. Family members said a 36-year-old man was camping near Lake Isabelle in the Indian Peak Wilderness area and was supposed to return by Monday morning. The sheriff's office said crews were sent to the area and located the man's car in the parking lot at Brainard Lake. From there, Boulder County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services initiated a search.
