(KRON) -- A 17-year-old girl who was killed by a hit-and-run driver on International Boulevard in Oakland was identified on Thursday. An Alameda County coroner identified the girl as Mardenia Carrillo Lopez of Oakland. Lopez and a second pedestrian were struck while crossing International Boulevard in a marked crosswalk at 6:30 p.m. on August 19, investigators said. The Oakland Police Department told KRON4, "The driver was traveling eastbound in the 7200 block of International Boulevard at a high rate of speed and struck the two pedestrians. The driver fled the scene after the collision, but was involved in a second multi-vehicle collision in the 8400 block of International Boule
